GAISBERG is a naturally alkaline spring water sourced from the eastern slopes of the Gaisberg mountain near Salzburg, Austria. Rising at an altitude of 860 meters above sea level, this pristine spring originates in a region long regarded as a place of natural energy and spiritual significance.

The Gaisberg itself stands 1,287 meters tall and has been steeped in legend for centuries. Once considered a sacred site in Celtic times, it is said to have inspired the mystical setting of Mozart’s The Magic Flute. The plateau offers breathtaking views over Salzburg — a city rich in culture, history, and music. 

A hydrological analysis conducted in August 2024 confirmed that the spring flows with water that is 100% germ-free at the source, reflecting its untouched purity and alpine origin. 

Among many legends surrounding the mountain, one tells of the Gaisberg’s water elf — a symbol of the natural spirit believed to dwell within the spring.
